Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 07.07.2025, whereby the interim application preferred by the applicant, petitioner herein in the appeal preferred by him, has been rejected. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, states that after passing of the cancellation order, a shop in question is now reserved for Scheduled Caste candidate, irrespective of the contention at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the Appeal No. 1468 of 2025 in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 4. Any third party rights created shall be subject to outcome of the present writ petition. 5. Learned Standing Counsel further states that, the meeting is scheduled to be held on 20.08.02025 for selection of the new fair price shopkeeper, as an interim measure, it is provided that till the disposal of the appeal, the meetings may be held but no final orders of allotment shall be passed.
