Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the grievance of the applicant was that the order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the authorities, for recovery of amount of Rs. 16,00,930/- on the ground of loss allegedly caused due to inaction of the applicant, was set aside by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Writ-A No. 3154 of 2023. He further submits that the said amount was being recovered from the arrears of pension, thereafter, the amount was recovered by the authority by passing an order dated 05.07.2023 from the arrears of salary, which was due after calculation of giving benefit of Sixth and Seventh Pay Commission, which is not permissible, therefore, the respondents may be punished accordingly.

lost its efficacy and the same stands dismissed.
