JUSTICE NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA Order 01/04/2025 By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.12.2021 passed by Additional District Judge, Srimadhopur, District Sikar in civil Appeal No.23/2019 whereby the said court dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order dated 29.05.2019 passed by Senior Civil Judge, No.1, Srimadhopur, District Sikar, in civil case No.08/2014 by which the said court dismissed the Temporary Injunction Application filed by the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was instituted before the trial Court in the year 2014 and 11 years have been passed therefrom, without interfering with the impugned order the present petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
