Bhatt has produced the copy of instructions letter dated 08.08.2025 provided by Sub-Inspector, P.S. Hydrabad District Kheri and the same is taken on record. On the basis of aforesaid instructions, Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA has stated that an FIR was lodged against the petitioner bearing case crime no. 74 of 2022 under Sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act at P.S. Hydrabad District Kheri wherein the petitioner is on bail. During investigation, the police had approached the petitioner for the purpose of investigation. Thereafter, charge-sheet has been filed against him but the petitioner has not been arrested by the Police nor he has been harassed in any manner. 3.
