Application No.IA/1/2025 (Application for exemption) 1. Heard on the application for exemption. 2. The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the application for exemption is sufficient. 3. Accordingly, the application for exemption is allowed and applicant is hereby exempted from filing the certified copy of the order dated 30.06.2025 for the reasons given in the affidavit. Order on application U/S 483 Cr.P.C. 4. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 5. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct to the concerned court for expeditious and proper disposal of Criminal Case No. 352 of 2022 (Archana Vs. Pramod Kumar and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, registered at Police Station - Kurwar, District -Sultanpur which is pending in the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C/ Domestic Violence Act, Sultanpur, in the interest of law and justice." 6. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicant is suffering hard for delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Criminal 352 of 2022 (Archana Vs. Pramod Kumar and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, registered at Police Station - Kurwar, District -Sultanpur, within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 7. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 8. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 352 of 2022 (Archana Vs. Pramod Kumar and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, registered at Police Station - Kurwar, District -Sultanpur, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 9.
