Arti Devi, the alleged detenue has been produced by Sub Inspector Dileep Kumar Shukla and she has stated that this petition has been filed by her husband Chandra Pal falsely alleging that she has been illegally detained by her brother Mukesh Kumar whereas her husband himself does not take good care of her and, therefore, she has taken shelter in the house of her brother. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the allegation that the alleged detenue has been illegally detained by opposite party no. 4, has no substance. 3.
