Mr. Balram Sharma, Deputy Solicitor General of India, for the respondents. While placing on record communication dated 07.08.2025, issued under the signatures of M/s Sandeep Singh Rana, respondent No. 4, Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with, respondents, after having considered the representation of the petitioner, have rejected the same and as such, mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with, stands duly complied with. Careful perusal of aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, clearly reveals that during the course of hearing of the representation, the petitioner again insisted to work as STP Operator. However, he was informed that STP operation and maintenance works is being taken care by Engg. Electrical through their existing contractual Electrical Manpower (Electricians), but as and when such requirement arises his application/candidature shall be considered. Though petitioner was offered to join services as Helper/Multi-task worker, which he refused.
