By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, Abdul Salim @ Abdul Salim Aktar and Safar Ali, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case no. 124/2025 under Section 329(4)/118(2)/109(1)/304(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.07.2025, the petitioners appeared before the investigating officer and recorded their statements – which is confirmed by the prosecution represented by Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. It is further submitted that in the mean time, the case has been charge sheeted. 4. In view of completion of investigation and cooperation rendered earlier by the petitioners, the interim protection vide dated 10.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioners shall be available for trial if one commences; and that the petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 5.
