Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to ensure petitioner's joining on the post of Anganbadi Worker in the village concerned in terms of inquiry report dated 20.06.2025 submitted by Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned admitting that petitioner's Income Certificate was wrongly issued. Further prayer for a direction to concerned authority to decide petitioner's appeal against the Income Certificate has also been sought. 3. Considering innocuous nature of prayer no.2, opposite party No.4 i.e. District Program Officer, ICDS, Barabanki is directed to consider and decide petitioner's appeal bearing no.7202504120507853 (Sunita Gupta vs Tehsildar Haidergarh) expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. 4.
