SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS 10 WPMS No. 3507 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Mohit Kumar Kashyap, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. N.S. Pundir, D.A.G. for the State/respondents. The petitioners claim displacement compensation. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. It is argued that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment dated 19.12.2025, passed by this Court in WPMS No. 3515 of 2025 Dhirajpal Singh Negi and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others. This fact is admitted by learned counsel for the State/respondents. The petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court in the case of Dhirajpal Singh Negi (supra) Accordingly, the petitioners are given liberty to approach appropriate authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. If the petitioners approach the authority, the authority shall consider it expeditiously. (Ravindra Maithani, J.) 29.12.2025 Jitendra
