Singh, Sr. DAG Haryana. *** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J.(ORAL) The prayer in the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. The Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners are living together though petitioner no.1 is married to respondent no.4. The Statement of respondent no.4 who is the husband of petitioner no.1 has been recorded as per which he has stated that he does not wish to keep any relation with petitioner no.1. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
