Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. However, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the award amount to the credit of MCOP No.74 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribuanl (The Chief Judicial Magistrate) Ramanathapuram within a period of four weeks, failing to deposit the said amount, the application shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
