Heard Ms. P.Chetri, learned counsel for the petitioner, as also Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M.Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. These three matters pertain to respective tenders for hiring of Civil Hired Transport by the respondents Assam Rifles for a period of one year for three different routes. The petitioner, it is submitted however, who is an interested tenderer has since been debarred on grounds of breach of code of integrity, and a writ petition challenging the same has already been filed. 3. In this view of the matter, at this stage, the writ petitions are closed giving liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative remedy if available. 4. Matters accordingly stands disposed of.
