The petitioner apprehends that the respondents will erect an electricity pole in front of the petitioner's property and will jeopardise the petitioner's interest in developing the first floor of the property. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the pole is not erected on the patta land of the petitioner but on the pathway and therefore, there is no merit in the present writ petition. 4.
