By means of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the impugned FIR dated 24.06.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0210 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) & 87 B.N.S., 2023 registered at Police Station- Hardi, District Bahraich, 4. Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned AGA has informed on the basis of instructions that chargesheet has been filed against co- accused Mushi Lal and name of the present petitioners has been deleted from the chargesheet.
