Compliance affidavit has been filed by respondent i.e. Sri Ram Asrey Verma, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ram Sanehi Ghat, Barabanki, which is taken on record. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 15.09.2023, the corrections have been made in the revenue records on the application of the applicant and the applicant has also given a statement that in compliance of the judgment and order of the Writ Court, the corrections have been made in Gata Nos. 17, 90, 92, 93, 94, 99 & 119 and he is fully satisfied with the corrections made in the revenue records. Learned Counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that corrections in some gatas are still to be made but unable to dispute that the judgment and order of the Writ court has been complied with and further submitted that the present contempt petition may be dismissed as infructuous but liberty may be given to the applicant, if he is aggrieved to avail the remedy, as may be permissible under the law. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued, if any, stands discharged. It is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy, as may be permissible under the law for which no separate order is required to be passed.
