The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 1.10.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 33059 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party, which is taken on record. It has been disclosed in the compliance affidavit that there is no error in the area of plot No. 92 as shown in the revenue map, therefore, the revenue map does not require correction and a report to the said effect has been submitted by the Naib Tehsildar to the District Magistrate, Ghazipur. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to exercise other remedy available to him in law.
