There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment and order of this Court passed Writ-A No. 692 of 2025 Inre; Ram Kishore Yadav and Ors Vs. State of U.P and ors decided on 21.01.2025 as affirmed by in the special appeal and by the Apex Court. 3. Considering the aforesaid consensus amongst the parties, the instant writ petition is allowed. 4. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment and order passed by this Court in the case of Ram Kishore Yadav (supra).
