However, the learned counsel for the respondent was present. This Court ordered to list the matter for admission on 13.01.2025 on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- payable by the revision petitioner to the respondent. 2. Today the learned counsel for the revision petitioner was present in the morning session and was directed to pay the cost. When the matter is called in the afternoon session, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner and cost is also not paid. 3. On perusal of the records, the Trial Court convicted the revision petitioner and sentenced to pay an amount of Rs.3,25,000/- and the same is challenged before the Appellate Court and the Appellate Court confirmed the order of the Trial Court. The revision petitioner is not - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1241 CRL.RP No. 285 of 2022 pursuing the matter in view of the concurrent finding. Hence, the criminal revision petition is dismissed.
