The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail from apprehending his arrest in connection with P.C.R. Case No. 182 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that all the allegations leveled against the petitioner is false and fabricated. It is further submitted that he has neither taken any amount not the complainant has produced any paper to show that he has taken any money and as such no case is made out against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As such, he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrendering, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Madhupur. ( 2025:JHHC:14522 ) Page-2 6. It is made clear that petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation / trial.
