Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 11.07.2025 issued by the opposite party no.2 (Annexure no.1). 3. The contention is that a list was published with regard to the electoral regions for which the elections were to be held which, according to the petitioner, has wrongly been done. The list in question is something akin to delimitation. 4. Admittedly, for the elections, various dates were notified starting from 28.07.2025 up to 06.08.2025. 5. The petitioner has filed the present petition today after seeking the liberty of this court. 6. Considering the fact that the electoral process has already been settled, no relief with regard to any alteration can be done at this stage. However, the petitioner would be entitled to challenge the elections after the conclusion in accordance with law. 8. The petition stands disposed off.
