The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned orders, whereby an application for release of the premises was rejected under the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972. 3. Considering the fact that the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972 has been repealed and new Rent Act 2021 is enforced. 4. In view of the above, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned orders. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to move an appropriate application afresh under the new Rent Act, 2021, if so advised, in accordance with law. In case any application is filed under the new Act, the same shall be decided on its merits without being influenced by the two orders impugned herein.
