Sheetal has stated before the Court that opposite party no. 4- Aashish Prajapati is her real brother, she is living with her brother and her brother has not forcibly detained her. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the alleged detenue nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition seeking issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus. 4.
