Under challenge is the order dated 26.07.2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition wherein it has been indicated that the order by which the signature of the petitioner had been attested as Officiating Principal, has been recalled and further he has been directed to nominate the second senior most teacher as an Officiating Principal and send his signatures for attestation. 3. There is consensus at bar that the circumstances and the orders which have led to the order impugned dated 26.07.2025 has already been considered by this Court today while deciding Writ-A No. 4906 of 2025 Inre; Committee of Management Dr. G.K.Jaitely Inter College and Ors Vs. State of U.P and ors and thus the order impugned dated 26.07.2025 is rendered redundant. 4. Considering the aforesaid and the order of this Court passed in the case Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Aviral Singh, Manoj Kumar Chaurasiya Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pratyush Mishra, Sanjay Misra Dr. Binay Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin./ Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Secondary Education Lko. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) of Dr. G.K.Jaitely Inter College (supra) today, the order impugned dated 26.07.2025, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition is set aside. 5.
