Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice dated 17.07.2025. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the foundation of the show-cause notice stands evaporated by the judgment of this Court in Writ - C No.6887 of 2025. 4. Without going into the merits of the said contention, as the order impugned is only a show-cause notice and according to the petitioner, he has already moved an application for withdrawal of the show-cause notice, present petition is disposed off with the observation that the said application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
