At the very outset, learned AGA has informed that the investigation has been completed and chargesheet has been filed before the Supervisory Authority, though the same has not been sent to the court. 4. On that, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage, so that, the petitioners may avail appropriate alternative remedy. 5.
