Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 6 and Mr. Prashat Puri, learned counsel for opposite party no.7 whose power filed today is taken on record. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to ensure joining of petitioner on the post of Instructor in compliance of appointment order dated 30.06.2025. Further prayer for reserving one post of Instructor to petitioner during pendency of petition has also been sought. 3. Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 04.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which it is admitted that petitioner has been appointed on the post of Instructor vide order dated 30.06.2025 but his joining could not be given due to certain deficiencies in document which have been sought the from petitioner. 4. Considering trivial measure of dispute, opposite party No.4 i.e. Principal, Government Industrial Training Institute Gonda Uttar Pradesh or any other competent authority is directed to ensure joining of petitioner in pursuance of his appointment within a period of ten days from the date of all formalities are completed. 5.
