JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 22/05/2025 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 15.10.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Lalsot, District Dausa, wherein no noticeable progress is visible despite passing of six years. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing to some extent, made a limited submission that the original suit No.25/2018 is pending since 2018 & the petitioner-plaintiff is 72 years old. Counsel further submits that petitioner-plaintiff is a senior citizen and controversial issues were also raised. Therefore, direction may be given to the learned Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the aforesaid original suit. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the report No.114/2025 dated 17.05.2025, received from the learned Court below. Looking to the overall facts & circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made at bar, the learned Trial Court is directed to record the evidence(s) of both the parties within a period of six month and decide the original suit within a period of [2025:RJ-JP:21657] (3 of 3) [CW-5993/2025] nine months in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
