Case No. 148 of 2025 arising out of Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 356 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Deoghar. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Juhi Devi who died in her matrimonial home, due to injuries sustained on her body and asphyxia because of hanging. 4. From perusal of post-mortem report, it appears that there were multiple abrasions on the body of the deceased which reflects that she was subjected to violence. However, her body was hanged in order to give the entire episode, color of suicide. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
