Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been provided posting in terms of promotion. 3. However, it has been submitted that opposite parties could very well have considered couple posting for petitioner in view of the fact that petitioner's wife who is also government employee in the same department is currently posted in Moradabad. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievances would fall within the realm of administrative functions and would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner State Tax, U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
