It is informed that on 02nd August, 2025, this Court on the administrative side has already appointed the Chairman of the U.P. Waqf Tribunal and in this view of the matter, the appellants can file an appeal before the Tribunal. This position is not disputed by the appellants. In view thereof, the present appeal is permitted to be withdrawn by the appellant to be filed before the Waqf Tribunal which needless to say shall be considered and decided on its own merits.
