Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court Sultanpur to decide the suit bearing No. 1368/2021 filed U/s. 125 of Cr.P.C, titled as "Jeenat Bano Vs Ansar Khan", expeditiously within a reasonable time, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicant is suffering hard delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Suit bearing No. 1368/2021 "Jeenat Bano Vs Ansar Khan", under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Suit bearing No. 1368/2021 "Jeenat Bano Vs Ansar Khan", under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 6.
