The order impugned in the writ petition is an order passed by the Registrar in an arbitration case in respect which an alternative remedy is available under Chapter XIII of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act, 1965'). 2. Even though, affidavit have been exchanged, we find that the matter involves disputed question of facts that may require looking into the evidence. 3. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to seek remedy under Chapter XIII of the Act, 1965 in accordance with law as he may be advised.
