The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the opposite parties to take appropriate action upon the application dated 5.3.2025 given by the petitioner, and also directed to the respondent to take necessary action against the respondent No.7 as per report submitted by the respondent No.6." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that on the basis of the complaints made, a preliminary inquiry was got done. Subsequently, the matter is pending at the stage of further inquiry as has been directed by the District Magistrate and the action shall be taken after the report is submitted. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate concerned to take action in accordance with law with all expedition.
