This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and Directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Bulandshahar to deliver the Judgment reserved 08.01:2025 în Case No. 14154 of 2024 (Narendra Pal Singh and others vs. Rajeev Kumar and Others) under Section 144 of UP. Revenue Code, 2006. II. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the opposite parties 1 Set from Transferring/alienating the property in question being Khata No. 00214 of Gata No. 210 area 0.0310 hec, Gata No. 258 area 0.0980 hec, Gata No.285Sa area 3.7010 hee, Gata No. 264 area 0.0890 hee, Gata No. 290 area 0.354 hec, Gata No. 295 Sa area 0.1440 hec, Khata No. 00215 of Gata No. 271 Sa area 0.2560 hec situated at Village Devnagar @ Dewali, Pargana - Agauta, Tehsil and District Bulandshahar till the delivery of judgment." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that judgment has been reserved on 8.1.2025. 4. In view of the fact that the judgment has been reserved, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record. 6. It is expected that the judgment will be delivered soon, in accordance with law.
