The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "इसललिए, यह अत्ययंत सम्ममानपपूररक पमाररनमा ककी जमातती हहै कक यह ममाननतीय न्यमायमालिय कक पयमा पपुनरतीक्षण ककी अनपुमकत ददेनदे ककी कक पमा करदे और यमाकचिकमा कदे समार सयंलिग्न अयंकतम आददेश कको रद्द करनदे ककी कक पमा करदे , जको न्यमायमालिय पतीठमासतीन अलधिकमारती, अकतररक्त न्यमायमालिय कक्ष सयंख्यमा -11, लिखनऊ दमारमा पमाररत आददेश कदनमायंक 05.07.2025, परररमाद / कशकमायत सयंख्यमा 32484/2021 (रमाकदे श कपु ममार कनगम बनमाम अजतीत कपु ममार गपुपमा) मम परमाकमाम्य ललिलखत अलधिकनयम (एन.आई. एक्ट.) ककी धिमारमा 138 कदे तहत पमाररत ककयमा गयमा रमा ।" After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to avail remedy as available to him under law. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present application, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
