By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in WPS No. 6381/2021 with all consequential benefits treating the age of the retirement of the petitioner i.e. of 62 years. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the WPS No. 6381/202, there is a direction that the exercise for regularization be completed within a period of 90 days. 3. Mr. Ajit Singh, appearing for the State submits that the present writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking the same relief which was 3 sought in WPS No. 6381/2021 is not maintainable, as the said writ petition has been disposed of with a direction for consideration the case of regularization of the petitioner within a period of 90 days. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is filing contempt petition as the respondents are not following the direction of this Court in WPS No. 6381/2021. 4. I have heard both the parties. 5. Looking to the submission made by the State counsel as well as the earlier writ petition has been disposed of with a direction to the State to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of 90 days. The present writ petition is not maintainable, however the petitioner is at liberty to pursue contempt proceeding against the authority who are not following the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 6381/2021. 6.
