In light of the proposed order notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. In the present case order dated 29.8.2024 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Pratapgarh has been assailed. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the matter was finally heard on 29.8.2024 but instead of deciding the controversy finally only application for interim relief has been decided in favour of the private respondents. He submits that even previously by means of petition under Article 227 No.1222 of 2025 direction was given to the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide the matter with expedition but till date the matter has not been decided. 4. After arguing the matter for some length, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer for a suitable direction to Deputy Director of Consolidation, Pratapgarh to decide the controversy within a stipulated time. 5. A perusal of the order sheet dated 29.8.2024 indicates that the parties were directed to file their written submissions and accordingly the matter is at final stage of determination. 6. In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.1 i.e. Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Pratapgarh to decide revision No.635/2024, computerized case No.202454025700000653 (Prabhat Ranjan and others Vs. Kamla Devi and another) with expedition, say within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law, subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
