The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying writ petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of complaint Case No. 22 of 2013, Under Section - 498-A IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Sakran, District -Sitapur, pending in the court of learned IInd ACJM, Sitapur, on the basis of the compromise between the both parties, in the interest of justice." On account of some formal defects crept in this application, after arguing them matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh application with proper prayer(s), pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents, if any, annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicants as per Rules in this regard.
