Paper Publication had been effected in the Issue of Makkal Kural and the names of the Respondents also printed in the cause list. 4. Since there is no representation on behalf of the Respondent, the petition filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on condition of payment of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a reasonable period of 10 days. 5.
