Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:46650 Court No. - 7 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 2508 of 2025 Applicant :- Rajjan Saroj Opposite Party :- Sri Alakh Shukla, Tehsildar Kunda / Asst. Collector, Pratapgarh And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Amar Nath Dubey,Ankit Dubey Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Sri Amar Nath Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
order passed by the writ court on 30.8.2024 in PIL No. 708 of 2024 has not been complied with. Having considered the aforesaid submission, at the outset, it may be noticed that the writ court had merely directed for expediting the proceedings. From perusal of the extract of the order-sheet, it would appear that the matter has been listed on several dates but on each and every date the Members of the Bar are abstaining from the judicial work, as such, it cannot be said that the Presiding Officer has violated or deliberately disobeyed the order passed by the writ court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, no contempt case is made out. The contempt petition is dismissed.
