The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Sultanpur to decide the case No. 155 of 2020 (Sarita Tiwari and others Vs. Devendra Kumar Tiwari), under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., pertaining to Police Station Kurebhar, District Sultanpur, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the matter pertains to the year 2020, but even after passing of five years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Sultanpur is directed to decide the case No. 155 of 2020 (Sarita Tiwari and others Vs. Devendra Kumar Tiwari), under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., pertaining to Police Station Kurebhar, District Sultanpur, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
