The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Kuldip Das was granted interim bail by this Court on 10.07.2025 and in Page No.# 2/2 pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer on more than one occasion and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Vigilance P.S. Case No.17/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and as has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 10.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he shall continue to cooperate in the investigation. 5.
