Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to refund the amount deducted from retiral benefits of petitioner. Further prayer for quashing of order directing such deduction has also been sought. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 04.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which deductions have been made in pursuance of order dated 17.03.2020. 4. Considering aforesaid facts, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in order to effect challenge to such order. 5. Having regard to such submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
