According to the petitioner, she is disqualified to hold the office of Pradhan because respondent No. 2 has encroached upon government land. 3. The complaint made by petitioner is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 4. Petitioner submits that despite complaint having made in the month of August, 2025, no decision is taken. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority to take decision on the complaint made by petitioner, as per law, within four months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6. It goes without saying that respondent No. 2 and other stakeholders, if any, shall also be given reasonable opportunity of hearing before passing any order.
