Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having retired on 30.06.2024, the entire amount of arrears of Employee Provident Fund has not been paid to the petitioner. Sri Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 states that as per instructions dated 05.06.2025 sent by the In- charge Finance of the respondent no. 2 the entire balance amount would be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. The aforesaid statement of Sri Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of.
