Notice on behalf of the respondent no. 1 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Shikhar Anand has accepted notice on behalf o the respondent no. 2. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a claim petition pending before the State Publc Service tribunal since 2022, however this Court finds that the petitioner has not impleaded all the parties who were party to the claim petition. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the petition. 5. The petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case any causes arises in future for expedition as well as appropriate orders. 6.
