Considering the fact that in the original suit, the address of the applicant was shown to be Kanpur Nagar and also considering the inconvenience faced by the applicant-wife, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow are transferred to the equivalent court at District Kanpur Nagar.
