At the time of considering the matter, Mr.Ramalingeswara Rao Kocherlakota, learned Government Pleader for Services–II placed a copy of the Proceedings dated 30.9.2019 for perusal of this Court and submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation of sixty (60) years and relieved from the duties in the Afternoon of 20.9.2019. In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, including I.A.
