On perusing the said letter dated 25th February, 2025 it does not appear that any complaint was made against respondent no. 5. 2 Who are the parties to the agreement made for running sand business are not disclosed and said agreement is not part of record. 5. Case made out by the petitioner based on such letter dated 25th February, 2025 is not countenanced. 6. Hence writ petition stands dismissed. 7.
